Comfort Liner

The new Endolite Comfort Liner is gentle on fragile skin and protects residual limbs with areas susceptible to shear force abrasion and pressure peaks. The fabric cover with integrated matrix contours perfectly to the limb and zonal stretch areas allow comfortable knee flexion but resist distal stretch which would result in the prosthesis slipping away from the body.

The Cushion and Locking options allow the ideal choice of proximal or distal pin lock suspensions.

EchelonVT

SYME CARBON FOOT PR01.K3

PR01.K3 is a flexible and light carbon foot, specially designed for patients with a lower extremity Syme’s amputation. The upper part of the foot features a carbon-fiber plate whereas the toes are composed of two carbon sheets. The foot is suitable with a steel rotating lamination anchor.

PR01.K3 is available in sizes from 22-29 cm and provides flex-assist at toe-off and heel. The dynamic dorsiflexion and improved loading response reduce energy consumption and minimize ground reaction force. The hard surface shows extra resistance to stress making it especially suitable for heavy patients during their daily activities. To be used with carbon socks and foot shells for carbon feet.

Advice for technicians: The static settings must be made very carefully by correctly determining the connecting points of the lamination adapter.

CHOPART CARBON FOOT PR01.K1

The importance of the right liner

Optimal control of a prosthetic limb depends on a comfortable and secure connection between the residual limb and the socket. Modern liner technology provides excellent cushioning, but the impermeable and insulating materials can allow a build-up of heat and moisture so they begin to slip and chafe. Air, perspiration and unnecessary movement can cause a loss of connection, compromised stability and damage to residual skin, potentially affecting mobility, safety and independence.

TT Pro

TT Pro is an adaptor that fits into the pylon of the prosthesis and acts as a spring. This element uses a spring axial shock absorption and nylon rods for torsional compliance. Safety Stride

The SafetyStride® is a mechanical stance control orthotic knee joint that utilizes a low-profile cabling system to automatically unlock itself at the end of stance phase. The key feature of the SafetyStride® is its ability to resist knee flexion at any angle. The SafetyStride® does not require full 180° knee extension to resist knee flexion in stance phase.

Foot Drop Splint - For Severe deformity

The Foot Drop Orthosis BlueROCKER® 2½ has the same dynamic functions and stability as a BlueROCKER® 2.0 with the exception that the 2½ has a lower heel height, 7 mm, to adapt to modern shoes. The toe lift is also slightly lower which results in more space in the toe box.

The BlueROCKER® 2½ has all MikroFIX™ pre-applied to simplify fitting of the padding. The strap solution is the same as on 2.0, made from a durable and strong material. The straps can be applied on the interior or external side of the AFO. It is always important to adapt any Allard AFO to the heel height of the shoe. BlueROCKER® is designed to manage footdrop in conditions such as Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Post Polio Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Guillian-Barre Syndrome, Charcot-Marie-Tooth, Myelomeningocele, Neuropathy or Cerebral Palsy.

Contraindications:

BlueROCKER® 2½ should not be used when patients present with foot and/or leg ulcers, moderate to severe edema, moderate to severe foot deformities, severe proximal deficits (e.g. quadriceps spasticity, genu valgum or varum, genu recurvatum), severe spasticity.

Foot Drop - for Mild & Moderate deformity

ToeOFF® is the original carbon composite dynamic response floor reaction ankle foot orthosis. This is the standard foot drop product that is suitable for many different indications and patient groups. It not only keeps the foot up during swing phase, it also gives a soft heel strike, stability in stance and good toe-off. The ToeOFF® should always be worn with a soft interface between the leg and the anterior shell.

Recommended Range Of Application:

Foot drop in combination with no spasticity to moderate spasticity. Limb proprioception deficit and mild proximal deficit. Partial foot amputations.

Contraindications:

Severe edema, leg ulcers, moderate to severe spasticity.
